LATE/NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you're running 15 minutes or later to your appointment, please CALL the salon at (346) 802-3017 so we can best hold your spot and accommodate your reservation. If you're past the 15 minute mark from the time of your appointment without notifying us, we will try our best to accommodate the reservation, but it will be taken based on current availability and the reservation will be considered as a walk-in.
When you have more than 1 consecutive no show on your profile, we will no longer be able to book your appointment without a nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit of 100% of your service. If you no call/no show any of your appointments, your card will be charged for the entire service.
If you cancel same day, you will be charged 50% of the service.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance in order for us to save your deposit on file (up to 2 weeks), otherwise the deposit will be considered a loss and is nonrefundable/transferable.
REFUND POLICY
Please Advise of any changes or dissatisfaction before leaving salon. There are no refunds on any services rendered.
